AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

By the way, I just ran 3dROIstats with a mask with 0-3 values but just got one average value (Mean_1). According to the explanation of 3dROIstats, I am supposed to have 3 different means (Mean_1, Mean_2, Mean_3) because I have 3 mask values. Am I right?

But I got only Mean_1. uh... this is so confusing. Would you please someone explain why this happens? I ran the command like this:

3dROIstats –nzmean –mask tstat2_mask+tlrc sub+tlrc >> avg.txt
