AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Sabrina,

Consider an independent analysis using afni_proc.py,
which might make your life much eaiser.

As it stands, you might be comparing +orig space with
+tlrc space data, though it is hard to say without
actually seeing any commands. You seem to resample
the data via the afni GUI, but it is not clear what
space that is in (orig->orig or ->tlrc).

In any case, that might be more clear if done on the
command line. If possible, do not actually use any
GUI for data processing. It becomes an unknown and
hard to describe step, as we are seeing.

Would you please provide the output of:

3dinfo Lag4_AllCoefficients+tlrc | head -n 30
3dinfo Lag4_AllCoefficients+tlrc | tail -n 30

Or, you could email me the entire 3dinfo output:

3dinfo Lag4_AllCoefficients+tlrc

Exactly what are you doing to see that WARNING
message? Is there a command? Is it from the afni
GUI? Would you please be precise about that?
