AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi afni group:

I was trying to add a cluster table to a statistical sub-brick in one contrasts dataset,as the 3dClustSim -help shows :

3dClustSim will print (to stderr) a 3drefit command fragment, similar
to the one above, that you can use to add cluster tables to any
relevant statistical datasets you have lolling about.

The command is :
3drefit -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN1_1sided file:test.NN1_1sided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_MASK file:test.mask -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN2_1sided file:test.NN2_1sided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN3_1sided file:test.NN3_1sided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN1_2sided file:test.NN1_2sided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN2_2sided file:test.NN2_2sided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN3_2sided file:test.NN3_2sided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN1_bisided file:test.NN1_bisided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN2_bisided file:test.NN2_bisided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN3_bisided file:test.NN3_bisided.niml \
ANCOVA.nii\[5]

But the erro says "Can't open dataset ANCOVA.nii[5]"
The only way to make it work is using ANCOVA.nii instead of ANCOVA.nii[5].
But that's not what i want, because there are many sub-bricks, each stat sub-brick should have it's own Clust Table. Right?
Any suggestions?
