Set DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH and try again. There
should not be anything special in 10.10. It is 10.11 that seems
to have broken things...

export DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH=/apps/x86_64_darwin14/AFNI_latest

Then run the system check again.
