Hello,

Which program should I use if I want to see how correlated an Independent component z-map is spatially correlated with the, for example, the default mode network z-map map from Smith et al 2009.

I noticed using both yields similar results.

Also, what purpose does the -demean option server in 3ddot? Is it necessary?
