Hi Everyone:

I have a .nii file representing a nusiance regressor that I would like to regress out of my time series data before I perform MVPA on it. Up until now I've only ever used 3dDeconvolve for regression but don't think that is appropriate here because I would like my output to remain as a 236 sub-brick time-series. I had read in another message that 3dDetrend may be what I'm looking for but does it matter if the input is a .nii file?

Long story short I would like to do some 'time-series cleaning' by regressing out a .nii nusiance regressor but leaving the time-seies intact. Is there a tool or option appropriate for this?

Thanks so much for any help you can provide.
