We typically use 3dTproject for that.

To be sure, that dataset contains a (potentially)
different regressor at every voxel, is that correct?
That would be akin to what we do in ANATICOR.

Also, what other nuisance regression has or will
be done? It is preferable to remove all such
regresor at once.
