AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Hi-

There are currently some certificate issues within the NIH itself, and we are still waiting to get our certificate...

Until that point, does typing the following work to download and unzip the DEMO: 

wget --no-check-certificate [afni.nimh.nih.gov]
tar -xf FATCAT_DEMO.tgz

?

Then you can see the README.txt description of things, and run the scripts (in order). Note that the scripts are all commented, to describe what is going on.

ps: I just noticed on my computer, the text of the link gets replaced by a hyperlink abbreviation. If that happens when you are viewing the above wget command, you can just remove the space after 'https: ' here when copying/pasting: 
wget --no-check-certificate https: //afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/tgz/FATCAT_DEMO.tgz
tar -xf FATCAT_DEMO.tgz
