AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

We are running afni and 3dSkullStrip on a Centos 5.8 and Rocks 5.5 system.
When we run 3dSkullstrip we get the error:

3dSkullStrip: error while loading shared libraries: libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

We have the libGLU libraries installed:
[root@imagingcluster abin]# yum install mesa-libGLU
Setting up Install Process
Package matching mesa-libGLU-6.5.1-7.10.el5.x86_64 already installed. Checking for update.
Package matching mesa-libGLU-6.5.1-7.10.el5.i386 already installed. Checking for update.
Nothing to do
[root@imagingcluster abin]#

Do you have any thoughts of how we can fix this error?
We are running latest version of afni:
[tgraf@imagingcluster ~]$ afni --ver
Precompiled binary linux_openmp_64: Feb 10 2017 (Version AFNI_17.0.09)
[tgraf@imagingcluster ~]$
