History of AFNI updates

Dear friends,

I am reading this paper:

Citation: Wang Y, Li T-Q (2013) Analysis of Whole-Brain Resting-State fMRI Data Using Hierarchical Clustering Approach. PLoS ONE 8(10): e76315. doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0076315

where, as per the authors:

"individual datasets were masked with a standard gray matter template derived from FSL tissue priors (http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl) to exclude white matter and cerebral spinal-fluid (CSF) regions."

I wanted to perform the same exercise using AFNI. Is it possible to do so, i.e. find a mask which would only restrict to the standard gray matter template in standardized space? If so, how?

Many thanks and best wishes,
Ranjan
