I'm coincidentally having a similar issue this afternoon. I've been running 3dDeconvolve on a dataset and received numerous warnings, such as:

*+ WARNING: Smallest FDR q [9 novel#0_Tstat] = 0.102798 ==> very few (if any) true detections
*+ WARNING: Smallest FDR q [10 novel_R^2] = 0.102293 ==> very few (if any) true detections
*+ WARNING: Smallest FDR q [12 all_stim_GLT#0_Tstat] = 0.604113 ==> very few (if any) true detections
*+ WARNING: Smallest FDR q [13 all_stim_GLT_R^2] = 0.601881 ==> very few (if any) true detections
*+ WARNING: Smallest FDR q [15 self-other_GLT#0_Tstat] = 0.579272 ==> very few (if any) true detections

I highly doubt my data are that bad! :) I've been troubleshooting for a while, but to no avail. Would you mind looking at my command, etc.? Command is below; stim files (1 per condition) were each 1D files of 0s and 1s (I'm having trouble attaching them, so I'll email them to you).

The input file is a concatenated dataset of about 14 runs. Please let me know if you need any other information from me!
