AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear Afni,

I'm using 3dTproject to orthogonalize motion and bandpass filter some resting state time series. I have the -CENSORTR option turned on, but it seems to not be working correctly, at least for some data sets. The problem is that in some cases the CENSORTR file that I specify does not contain any volumes to censor, but 3dTproject reports that it has in fact censored a few volumes. The output says something like: 225 time points ; censored =2 ; remaining = 223, but as I said the CENSORTR file is empty. The -cenmode is NTRP, so I don't actually know if anything is being censored or if it is an error in 3dTproject output. It does this for other data sets too, sometimes changing (seemingly random) the number of censored volumes between 2-5 when there shouldn't be any censored at all.

my afni -ver is Precomipled binary linux_openmp_64: Feb 11 2016 (Version AFNI_16.0.06)

thanks for your help,
michael
