Hi, guys.

I have a T1 anatomical image with an white noise background (the outside of the head has a noisy gray background, not a black one), and would like to run 3dSkullstrip on this image.

Would you advise me how to deal with such a data in 3dSkullstrip (or using other AFNI program), please?
