Hi AFNI users,

I have all my analysis and results in TT_N27+tlrc space and I want to perform ROI analysis using masks from the MNI_VmPFC atlas and mask from different parts of the Amygdala from CA_PM_18_MNIA. What is the best way for me to deal with these masks from different standard spaces?
