Hoping for some assistance. Previously I have used 3dClustSim and 3drefit to create stats needed for displaying cluster-wise alpha levels in the report table for AFNI while viewing group analysis results.
After running the analysis and creating the group anat mask (and averaging the blur estimates) from the afni_proc-generated individual level masks, I then ran:
3dClustSim -mask groupanatmask15+tlrc -fwhmxyz 9.47 10.70 10.41 -niml -prefix mask_6may16
followed by:
3drefit -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_NN1 file:mask_6may16.NN1_bisided.niml -atrstring AFNI_CLUSTSIM_MASK file:mask_6may16.mask IBEAM_groupSA1mid+tlrc
Is there something else I need to do for the AFNI viewer to allow me to see the updated ClusterSimulation info with cluster-wise alphas displayed in the report table?
