AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,
Thanks, this is very helpful.

Maybe I'm missing the point, somehow. I thought 3dROIMaker could take an image and make clusters of different integer values, but I'm seeing that this isn't what's going on.

I'm struggling with how to be sure the networks are split into the same number of pieces for each subject. i guess I could use 3dcluster, perhaps? The number of voxels in each network would differ for each subject, but the number of clusters should be pretty comparable, I would think. Then I can code each cluster with a different integer value and use the tractography commands to go from there.
Best,
Matt
