I have a simple problem that I can't seem to wrap my head around. When I use ROIgrow with a freesurfer surface using the PER_NODE flag to indicate I want to generate an ROI for each node on my surface, I generate all the ROI's from node 1 to n. I am however, missing the ROI for
node 0 of my surface. Here is the exact command line I used:
ROIgrow -i std.60.lh.pial.asc -roi_labels PER_NODE -prefix roi_node -lim 7.5
