There is nothing else in single subject analysis that
remotely compares to the time used in non-linear
registration, though that can come a bit from blip up/
blip down distortion correction, too, if you do it.
On my system, an analysis with affine registration
might take 15 minutes. With non-linear registration
it might take 4 hours.
