AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

... and, pursuant to the preceding grumbling about forced manual labor, the @SUMA_renumber_FS script has been checked for FS 6.0. This task was made infinitely easier by he-who-asked-the-question providing some processed anatomical data to check with-- in the end, one more pair of L- and R- labelled regions had to be accounted for (though it is possible that could also be due the high resolution nature of the data set that was being used).

So, in general, as of AFNI 17.0.05, the @SUMA_renumber_FS should be compatible with FS 6.0 output.

Note that the script does already check to see if there are any FS-generated ROIs which it hasn't accounted for, so if it produces error messages, please let me know so I can investigate further.

Thanks (and thanks again Sam for the data to check with),
