For Mac installations, by far the best+easiest way to go nowadays is to use the "local" version of the Mac binaries, as described in Step 2 of the installation instructions here:
[afni.nimh.nih.gov]
That should avoid libgomp and other dependency-related errors.

The start-to-finish installation instructions there should sort things out-- please let us know if that doesn't.
