Hello all,
After I imported the waxholm_rat atlas, however when i use the @auto_tlrc -base waxholm_rat function it shows " Error: Template waxholm_rat could not be located ".
Could anyone help me to solve this out ? And also i tried to key the command "suma -onestate -i waxrat.cornu*.gii waxrat.dentate*.gii waxrat..entorhinal*.gii waxrat.*hippo*.gii waxrat.*subiculum*.gii &", which was mentioned in the Rat atlas announcement article, it showed "suma : No match.".
