AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

1) I believe that the first 9 coefficients [0]-[8] are the estimated hemodynamic response at the *average* value of the modulation variable (average hits in your case), while the second set [9]-[17] are the modulation effects.

2) If you want to compare the two conditions in terms of the whole hemodynamic response curve, do this:

'SYM: hits[[0..8]] -guess[[0..8]]'

Check out the details here: [afni.nimh.nih.gov]

3) I'm not so sure how the option -iresp works in this case, but you can simply extract those 9 coefficient using 3dbucket.
