AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I believe I have the same question as Bill, but I don't think either of above options addresses it.

After running 3dDeconvolve with a single "-stim_times_IM", I have a bucket dataset with beta weights for each regressor (including each separate event of the individually modulated stimulus). Like Bill, I'd like to end up with a single 3D+time dataset with each beta weight for the individually modulated stimulus represented as one point along the time dimension.

I can't get a time dimension using 3dbucket to select the volumes of interest as described above, however. Although the output of 3dbucket has the sub-bricks that I want, it is another bucket dataset and is read by other software as a 5D dataset instead of a 4D dataset (of dimensions [number of R-to-L voxels, number of A-to-P voxels, number of slices, 1 timepoint, number of beta weights]).

Is there a simple way to get a 3D+time dataset instead?

Thanks!
