AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,
Thanks a lot for this quick answer.

I would then just have a follow up question :

Let's say I align all my individuals stats with MNI152_T1_2009c+tlrc
Then I'm doing a t-test on that.
Would it be possible to visualize/project the result on the MNI FreeSurfer data that you distribute on your website (because if I understand well it is surface data from MNI_caez_N27 not from MNI152_T1_2009c)?

My answer (but I would like to check smiling smiley ) would be yes: open afni with MNI_caez_N27 as underlay and suma at the same time and project the result of the t-test on it.
As everything in in MNI space it would be correct EVEN if the t-test has been done on data aligned with MNI152_T1_2009c+tlrc.
Am I right?

Thanks again
Alain
