The first error says that it cannot open the file. Are you
sure about the path? What is the output from the commands:

ls -l /media/hjr/Elements/fMRI_berlin/result/motion_cov_ECvEO_del03.txt
file_tool -test -infile /media/hjr/Elements/fMRI_berlin/result/motion_cov_ECvEO_del03.txt
