AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

I have been trying to install AFNI on Ubuntu 18.04 but each time I am getting an error with R installation,
Warning messages:
1: In install.packages(pkgs_miss, dep = TRUE, repos = site) :

4: In install.packages(pkgs_miss, dep = TRUE, repos = site) :
installation of package ‘rio’ had non-zero exit status
5: In install.packages(pkgs_miss, dep = TRUE, repos = site) :
installation of package ‘rsconnect’ had non-zero exit status
6: In install.packages(pkgs_miss, dep = TRUE, repos = site) :

I also tried with virtual box but the same problem. Can you please tell me how can I fix this?
