Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Do you have a correlation matrix for each of those 5 networks or for all the 50 ROIs across the 5 networks?

It's possible to try something as laid out here, but I may need more details about the data structure: [afni.nimh.nih.gov]
