Thanks for your response! We've updated our AFNI, just to be safe. There are 576 input files (32 participants and 9 conditions (note that this is image-based fNIRS data: 1 file for oxy and one for deoxy for each condition)). Each image has 256 cubic voxels, and each voxel is 1 cubic cm. The files are too big to attach, but here's a link to an example on dropbox: [www.dropbox.com]
