AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

That AFNI_17.0.09 version is 2.5 years old, and pre-dates the main updates to python3. It might be worth getting a newer version of AFNI.

In any case, RetroTS.py has not been updated to python3 yet. For that matter, afni_restproc.py is still python2, and was declared "no longer supported" by its author back in 2012.

Maybe you should consider switching to afni_proc.py, if that is an option. Though either way, we need to update RetroTS.py. Can you use a python2 method for running that program?
