AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,
I was wondering if any more progress had been made to implementing the "residuals" option in 3dLMEr? This was brought up in the following thread a few months ago (https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/afni/community/board/read.php?1,162874,163747#msg-163747), but I know how things get busy! - and I see the option is still commented out in github. I updated R to 4.0 and now 3dLME will not run, and I need a way to get residuals so that I can output into 3dFWHMx -ACF to correct for multiple comparisons. If this option is not available in 3dLMEr, any other suggested strategies for determining cluster size thresholds? Thank you!
