It was the result after re-run:

apsearch -update_all_afni_help
The problem seems to be that there is no program named "complete" in zsh, while there is in bash :

z@Z ~ % complete
zsh: command not found: complete
z@Z ~ % bash
The default interactive shell is now zsh.
To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

bash-3.2$ complete
complete -o bashdefault -o default -W '-check -help -pkgs -remove -show_allowed_options -site -update' rPkgsInstall
complete -o bashdefault -o default -W '-1.2 ...
It seems that zsh uses "compdef" to do customized completion, and this ability need
activation first:

autoload -U compinit
compinit
But in different way to do customization from "complete" in bash.
