Hello,

I am wondering if using 3dclustsim or ETAC for cluster-sized thresholding is appropriate for determining significant voxels of diffusion MRI data (i.e., conventional metrics such as FA or MD, or more advanced metrics such as NODDI parameters). I have tried implementing the -Clustsim option into 3dttest++ and find very elevated cluster size threshold values (e.g., NN3-2sided cluster size of 900+ for p=0.05/p=0.005). See below table.

Is there a more appropriate method to use? Is using clustsim/ETAC for diffusion data discouraged?
