AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi folks,

So I'm collaborating with some folks from Bulgaria who are sending me their fMRI scans. Not the sharpest T1s, but good enough at least for manual landmarking for co-localization. however, when I try to do my usual manual alignment and co-registration (to nudge the structural to match the task time series image in space), the structural data suddenly become horribly mis-aligned and truncated. See pics of native structural as underlay, then again as overlay. What happened and what could be done about this?

Thanks

-Jim

P.S. I can upload the two respective files if someone can steer me to the upload URL
