AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Gang,

It ran fine and output the results along with the FDR values. Sorry for the false alarm.

I have other questions regarding interpretating the contrasts. Here are the model and contrasts I used, there were 4 experimental groups and three time points, TP1, TP2, TP3

3dLMEr -prefix DTI_long \
-jobs 6 \
-mask /Users/pyeh/bin/longDTI_npoint/mask.nii \
-model 'Group*TimePoint+Gender+Age+Daysinceinj+(1|ID)' \
-qVars 'Age,Daysinceinj' \
-gltCode TP2-TP1controls-ComplicatedmTBI 'Group : 1*control -1*complicatedmTBI TimePoint : 1*TP2 -1*TP1' \
-glfCode Baseline_maineffect_Control 'Group : 1*control -1*complicatedmTBI & 1*control -1*uncomplicatedmTBI & 1*control -1*modsevere TimePoint : 1*TP1' \

For the "Group : 1*control -1*complicatedmTBI TimePoint : 1*TP2 -1*TP1", the z score means the control had larger slope (trajectory) than the complicatedmTBI group between TP2 and TP1?

,and "Group : 1*control -1*complicatedmTBI & 1*control -1*uncomplicatedmTBI & 1*control -1*modsevere TimePoint : 1*TP1'" was the F value of the TP1 main effect of the control group?

Thanks.
