AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Howdy-

I think it would be muuuuch preferable to set up processing from the afni_proc.py command rather than edit scripts... Editing the script is pretty complicated (even though the afni_proc.py ones are still magically commented). I would copy your original afni_proc.py command, and adapt the copy to your current processing needs.

Can you please post your new afni_proc.py command, and we can try to recommend from here? (Likely, Rick will be better at suggesting fixes for these things than me, so I will ping him...) But it will be muuuch more stable to edit the options of the AP command, rather than dig through a script and tweak things.
