Hi Mikey,

What do the motion parameters look like? Is there some giant shift in them near the beginning or end?
It looks like this is just one run, which means the motion parameters would need to be basically flat.

If it would be easier, send me the motion parameter file and the X.xmat.1D file via email (click on my name).

Would that be okay?
