AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear experts:
I have collected four subjects of taste fmri, and each subjects tasted bitter, saly, sour, sweet, umami in a run. Each stimulus repeated six times in a run and every session includes six runs.In addition, each subjects took the same taste fmri experiment five times. After I used GLM model to fit this taste fmri data of each session ,each session produced a statistic results of five taste estimate effects. My question is that:If I want to get the subject level results using the five sessions' statistic results ,can I use the 3dmema or 3dttest to analyze the five sessions' data of each subject,so I will get the subject level results combing the five sessions' results. In addition, how can I analyze the 5 tastes at the group level? It is really a difficult thing for me .
Thanks for your help.
