I ran a similar command to that using test data. The error is this:

** FATAL ERROR: 3dttest++: don't recognize option '-SetA' (argv[4])

The option names have to be "-setA .." and "-setB .."---note that the "s" in each is lowercase. (That is, the options are case sensitive, hence the error message is that "-SetA" is not recognized.)
