AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,

Thanks for getting back to me so promptly!

I didn't know about the m_tedana option, it would be quite useful. ^__^

Re: the field map:
When is the 'best time' to apply the distortion correction? After temporal (despike and tshift) and before structural (align etc.) steps or could it be done right at the start?
If the latter is ok to do, I could apply the correction and then simply run the pre-processing script as usual?
If the former way is the correct one, however, how could I use the matrix (which I assume is the '+ text file of params :' that is mentioned in the epi_b0_correct.py output section) in a blip block?

By the way, here is my pre-processing script: [www.dropbox.com]

Cheers,
Misho
