Ex and Rest are the Exercise and Rest conditions that each subject performs before their scans (there is an Ex and Rest condition for each subject).
1 is the activity when shown a similar image, and 2 is the activity when shown an old image in the scanner. We are interested in the contrast of similar-old (which is the subbrick InputFile)
Order (of the Ex and Rest conditions), age, and handedness are covariates.
Condition is the Exercise and Rest conditions that participants performed before the scan.
I do have some missing data that I would potentially like to incorporate, so I am still interested in this analysis using 3dlme. However, I am curious why you would generally suggest 3dMVM instead of 3dLME?
Again, For this first analysis, I am just interested in where there is a significant difference in activity when viewing similar images minus old images (Not interested in Ex-Rest on that activity yet)
