AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

We are trying to view the Brainnetome atlas in SUMA and we are having difficulty.

We downloaded the Brainnetome atlas file from the afni website (BN_Atlas_246_1mm.ni.gz), but it is unclear how to view that in SUMA and we also don't know what anatomy (underlay) to use to view that file in SUMA. We tried to view it on the fasverage brain and also an MNI_152 brain, but they did not align. There were some parts of the cortex that were not covered by the atlas (see attached figure).

Can you please provide some guidance on how to view this atlas in SUMA?

Best,
Christine Smith
