I'm trying to run a correlation analysis between brain functional connectivity and scores on a questionaire, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it in AFNI.
I was looking at this research article,
Vaghi MM, Vértes PE, Kitzbichler MG, Apergis-Schoute AM, van der Flier FE, Fineberg NA, Sule A, Zaman R, Voon V, Kundu P, Bullmore ET, Robbins TW. Specific Frontostriatal Circuits for Impaired Cognitive Flexibility and Goal-Directed Planning in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Evidence From Resting-State Functional Connectivity.. In the article, there were two plot diagrams looking at the correlation between functional connectivity across regions and the number of errors and attempts for a certain task (refer to attachments).
Any advice on how to do so would be much appreciated, thank you in advance!
