I have attached the 3dinfo outcome for the image and yes, the F test sub-bricks have +ve range. Not sure yet, why the 3dclust option gave me "bi-sided" for F-tests.

I had a basic question- for the -bsVars option in 3dMVM what is the difference between "main factor*covariate1+covariate2" vs ",main factor*covariate1+main factor*covariate2"?
