AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

History of AFNI updates

Hello,
I used wget to get all the updated afni files (and I'm sure I using these now), but I'm not getting it to work yet.

I have 37 mosaic images, where each mosaic image contains 40 (7x7 layout) slices at one time--(there are 37 moments in time).

I use:

to3d -prefix gst_new -time:zt 40 37 2s alt+z lee_roth+1_+20021121+135947+00009*

and get:

*** Number of slices on command line = 37
*** Number of slices needed for -time: = 1480
*** Something is wrong with your command line!

this seems as though to3d wants single images rather than mosaics.
Just to be clear, these are dicom files from a Siemens Allegra scanner. They come in the format like 1.2.840.113619.2.1.6637.3053478798.3.27.920368684, not .ima. I'm not clear as whether these are different formats.

any words about this or my problem?

George
