Hello,
I am trying to map the signal dropoff in our functional images onto a high resolution anatomical image.
Any suggestions that might help me get started would be much appreciated...
I imagine I want to make a binary brain/no brain mask of the functional and overlay it...but I'm not sure where to begin.
