Hi Ziad,

I have increased the swap space to 385M (a little bit larger than the RAM installed) and tried again, but AFNI still crashed. Another thing I forgot to tell is that the image was enlarged by 4-8 times (zoom in function in image window) when ROIs were drawn. Does it matter to this problem? BTW, I have monitored the memory usage when doing this work. It needs about 99% of RAM (99%*383M) and 30% of swap space (30%*385M).
