Hi. I am not familiar with ANALYZE format, but I recently used 3dAFNItoANALYZE to convert some files and sent them to another investigator. She said they looked like there was some sort of viewer/header mismatch problem as the anatomical images that looked fine in AFNI now looked distorted and the functional images just looked like speckled noise. Is this a common problem in switching between the two formats? Is there a fix for it?
