History of AFNI updates

I made three minor changes to the interactive AFNI program, in response to recent messages and e-mails:

1) If you are looking at a 1-brick functional dataset, the former behavior was to disable the threshold slider bar. The new behavior is to apply the threshold to the functional data values themselves (since there is no statistic brick to use). If you don't want a threshold applied to the functional values prior to colorization, set the threshold down to 0.

2) I've added a few new colorscales to the default list, including a couple with gaps (no overlay) in the center.

3) You can now read double-valued (8 byte floats) into to3d, using the new "3Dd:" input specifier. However, these images will be converted to float datasets for AFNI, since AFNI can't deal with double-valued datasets.

Source code is now on the site - binaries to follow as they finish compiling.
