AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear

I created an AFNI dataset with to3d program.
My original 2D slices were 8bit graycolor BMP images.
My problem is that the generated AFNI dataset is the RGB valued dataset.
I will use this dataset for the 3dclust program but it will not work.

I want to change my datum (RGB) into "Short" or other type which can work for the 3dclust.
Because my original 2D slices are just 8bit gray images, my datum type does not need to be RGB.
I could not find any option in the to3d GUI panel to change my datum type.

Please help me to solve my problem.
Thank you.
