I already did the within subjects analysis using 3dDeconvolve.
I am afraid, I meant across subject analysis.
Therefore, I think, I have to take the mixed effects model and 3dANOVA3 as you elaborated.
The only thing I do not know right now is, if I need any correction for multiple comparisons after 3dANOVA and should I apply any kind of post hoc tests after that procedure. Or are the available contrasts options representing actually the same. Sorry for bugging you with such simple questions.
